Confirm the product fits the tunnel with adequate clearance and stays within conveyor loading limits.
Trial film and temperature together
Use the intended film and real samples. Adjust temperature and conveyor speed as a process, observing pack appearance and product condition.
Check the installation
Confirm electrical supply, ventilation, floor space and access for maintenance. Include the upstream sealer and downstream handling in the layout.
Prepare your project brief
Bring samples, current output, target output, available space and utilities. Include quality expectations and the conditions that make your process difficult.
