From identifier to verified pack
The workflow links serial data with printing, verification and handling of rejected packs. Batch coding alone identifies a group; serialization distinguishes individual units.
Where aggregation fits
Aggregation records relationships between units and larger containers such as cartons or pallets. Unpacking and rework need corresponding record changes.
Plan the information flow
Define who provides serial numbers, where product and batch data originate, and which systems receive events. Agree requirements for each market with the responsible compliance team.
Prepare your project brief
Bring samples, current output, target output, available space and utilities. Include quality expectations and the conditions that make your process difficult.
